Black Mass review – mob movie is more of a mess

More of a reclamation project for star Johnny Depp than the fascinating account of an actual gangster, “Black Mass” is a missed opportunity to do anything more trudge through the same old gangster story.

Maybe one day I’m gonna make it out to Disney’s big expo. This year looks to be especially amazing with clips from “Captain America: Civil War” and “Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens.”

First bit of news coming out though is some promo art for Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange. Looks cool and we’ll definitely be seeing tons of costume changes. Get your action figure wishlist ready.

Benedict Cumberbatch reportedly set to star as Dr. Strange #DoctorStrange

After being a villain in one blockbuster, Benedict Cumberbatch is reportedly closing in on a deal that will land him a house call as Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange.

Variety is reporting that Cumberbatch (“Star Trek Into Darkness“) is in final talks for a multi-picture deal for the studio, which has a “huge” announcement set for tomorrow at Disney’s El Capitan Theater.

While no official date is set for the film, it’s believed to be the new franchise set for 2016 similar to how Marvel Studios paired newcomer “Guardians of the Galaxy” with a familiar property with “Captain America: The Winter Soldier.”
