Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens is everything we initially loved about the franchise and exceeds expectations that will likely leave a new generation obsessed about a franchise from a galaxy far, far away.

Among the highlights for me was Harrison Ford and Billy Dee Williams reconnecting and seeing the new cast members reveling in the excitement and the fanfare of their hard work.

Peter Mayhew (71) I can’t begin to express how excited I am to see Chewbacca, Han Solo, Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker this December in ‘Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens.’

Hopefully the push to the next generation of Jedi and Empire doesn’t lead to our favorites from the original trilogy not surviving the new saga.

Is Chewbacca coming to “Star Wars: Episode VII”?

Peter Mayhew, the actor who played the lovable Wookie in four out of the six “Star Wars” films hasn’t appeared in anything since a 2012 episode of “Breaking In,” so this tweet sent up a few alarm bells to eagle-eye Star Wars fans…
